Deliveries are typically made to ground floor locations only. Additional charges may apply for deliveries to upper floors or locations with difficult access.

Collection Policy:

Items must be collected within 7 days of purchase. After this period, storage fees may apply.

Please bring a valid form of identification and your order confirmation email when collecting your items.

Customers may choose to collect their items in-store instead of opting for delivery.
